* Joining North Shore Masters Rowing Club (as a novice/new rower): our capacity to take on novice/new rowers in our membership is limited (due to the additional coaching/support required whilst new rowers gain experience), hence to join our club as a novice rower, you would need to have completed both Introduction to Rowing 'Sculling 101' course and Learn to Row 'Sculling 201' course. All applications to join the club will then need to be approved by the NSMRC Committee (at Committee Meeting). If you are thinking that you might like to join NSMRC, we will be happy to discuss the new rower pathway with you once you have completed your Introduction to Rowing Sculling 101 course.
